PDF has become the defacto standard for the distribution and exchange of electronic documents and forms and is increasingly becoming a widely accepted platform for the automation of document processes and data workflows. As with other electronic technologies, PDFs need to meet the accessibility requirements. NetCentric, the leader in PDF accessibility tools, will give an overview of CommonLook Section 508 for Adobe Acrobat and demonstrate their new content authoring tool — PDF Accessibility Wizard. PAW is a breakthrough technology that allows the users of Microsoft Office tools to create tagged accessible PDF files directly from the source file, without any prior training or other PDF software.
