DOCLINE -- Reporting Limited Retention Holdings
Question: How do I report limited retention holdings?
Answer:
To report limited retention holdings, follow the instructions for "Adding" or "Updating" a Record.
- Select "Retained for a limited period" as the Retention Policy.
- Input the Latest number of units held. Numbers can be any whole number greater than 0.
- Select the type of unit held. Values include: Month, Year, Edition
Note: To move between fields, press the Tab key or click in the appropriate field.
- Click Add.
