Question: Why do I see the Loansome Doc login page when I try to order items from PubMed?
Answer:

DOCLINE customers using the Internet Explorer browser who see the Loansome Doc login page when ordering from PubMed will need to adjust their browser settings, specifically the "Check for newer versions of stored pages" value and the Privacy tab settings.
