FAQ
DOCLINE -- Message Prevents Adding to PubMed Clipboard

Question: Why can't I add items to the PubMed clipboard?
Answer:

DOCLINE users may get a message saying that their clipboard has expired or their computer does not accept cookies when trying to add items to the PubMed clipboard. Adjusting the browser settings, specifically the "Check for newer versions of stored pages" value and the Privacy tab settings, will allow you to add to the clipboard.

See the links below for the correct settings for Internet Explorer and Firefox. Once your settings are correct, you will need to clear your browser cache.
