Question: Has NLM added or changed any NLM classification numbers since the last edition of the NLM classification scheme?
Answer:

The online National Library of Medicine Classification, is available at http://wwwcf.nlm.nih.gov/class/. Beginning with the 2002 edition, the National Library of Medicine Classification is published in electronic form and updated annually.

Additions and changes to the NLM classification scheme are announced on an irregular basis in the NLM Technical Bulletin at http://www.nlm.nih.gov/pubs/techbull/tb.html.
