CEBS Development Forum

Chemical Effects in Biological Systems (CEBS(http://cebs.niehs.nih.gov/)) is a public toxicogenomics data warehouse.

CEBS v2 presents transcriptomics, proteomics, toxicology, clinical and histopathology data. Study design information, including treatment parameters, or subject characteristics, including conventional toxicological phenotypes such as clinical chemistry or histopathology data can be used to retrieve microarray data from subjects of interest.

Genes with significantly altered expression can then be identified. These genes may be displayed as a report, projected onto BioCarta or KEGG pathways, or viewed using the Gene Ontology. The CEBS(http://cebs.niehs.nih.gov/) annotation engine is also available for user-defined gene sets.
