MEDLINE via PubMed now searches using 2008 MeSH vocabulary. Citations, translation tables, and the MeSH database have been updated to reflect 2008 MeSH.

Changes to MeSH include:

• 456 new MeSH headings
• New publication types
• New pharmacological action terms
