MEETING LOCATION
The meeting will be held in the main auditorium of the Natcher Conference Center (Building 45) on the National Institutes of Health (NIH) Campus in Bethesda, Maryland. Participants can get to the Natcher Conference Center by taking the Bethesda Metro Red Line (from the Hyatt Regency Bethesda) to the Medical Center Metro Station (one stop). Exit the Medical Center Metro Station, and the Natcher Conference Center is a short walk across the NIH campus. The DoubleTree Hotel is within walking distance of the NIH campus.

Doubletree Hotel Bethesda - Host HotelA limited number of sleeping rooms for conference participants has been reserved for this meeting at the host hotel, Doubletree Hotel Bethesda (located within walking distance of the NIH Campus). The rate is 195 USD per night for single and double occupancy plus tax (12%).
To receive this reduced group rate, please call Doubletree reservations at 1-800-222-8733 or 301-652-2000, and indicate that you are requesting a room for the NIH Dissemination and Implementation Meeting when making your reservations. Reservations must be made no later than August 10, 2007. Please be certain that the hotel provides you with a confirmation number for your reservation. After August 10, 2007, the official room block will be released and the hotel may charge significantly higher rates and may be sold out. When making a reservation, please provide room and bedding preferences. The hotel will assign specific room types on check-in, based on availability. Please be advised that requests are not guaranteed. Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 12:00 noon.

Using the Metro
The Metro system is clean and reliable. It operates from 5:00am to 12:00 midnight, Monday through Thursday; 5:00am to 3:00am on Friday; 7:00am to 3:00am on Saturday; and 7:00am to 12:00 midnight on Sunday. Each passenger must buy a farecard to travel in the system. Guides for purchasing farecards are posted on the vending machines in each station. Each Metro car features a complete color-coded map. Airport Shuttles to Hotels
SuperShuttle offers service to most hotels from Ronald Reagan National Airport, Washington Dulles International Airport (25 USD per person and 8 USD for every additional person), and Baltimore-Washington International Airport (29 USD per person and 11 USD for each additional person). The shuttle leaves on an as-needed basis between the hours of 5:30am and 11:00pm.
