Question: When I try to install the tool, I get an [ACCESS NOT SUFFICIENT FOR THIS FUNCTION] error.

Answer: Before attempting to install the tool, you will need to acquire Admin access from the system administrator. At the top of the Install page, there is a Request Access Privileges link. Select this link and request the access that you will require.

Once you have received confirmation that your access has been granted and you've been given a username and password, you can proceed with installation.
