I've just registered for the Knowledge Center (http://wikiutils.nci.nih.gov/KC_signup )

The registration page asked for my "NIH User name", which I provided (BoalT) : this is my LDAP userid.

When NCI app support emailed me my login info, I was flabergasted to see that they are not using LDAP to authenicate !

I now have a brand new password AND new usid I need to memorize.

So much for "single-sign on".
