Office of Technology and Industrial Relations
OTIR is committed to accelerating the progress of cancer research through its technology-driven initiatives, collaboration with other government programs, and engagement with the private sector.

Technology Transfer Center
TTC helps industry and academia to interact and partner with National Institutes of Health laboratories and scientists.

CCR Office of Science and Technology Partnerships
Facilitates CCR research by introducing new technologies and scientific resources to CCR through partnerships, collaborations, contracts, and other technology transfer agreements with outside organizations, including the private sector.
Health Professional Organizations
Office of Advocacy Relations
OAR was established to help strengthen the institute's communications and relationships with national advocacy and voluntary organizations who work with consumer advocates, and scientific and professional societies concerned about cancer.

Office of International Affairs
Coordinates the institute's worldwide activities in a number of arenas, including liaison with foreign and international agencies, coordination of cancer research activities under agreements between the U.S. and other countries, planning and implementation of international scientist exchange programs, sponsorship of international workshops, and dissemination of cancer information.

Cancer Information Service Partnership Program
The CIS Partnership Program works with established national, regional, and state organizations to deliver messages and materials about cancer to those with limited access to health information.
Consumers/Advocates
Consumer Advocates in Research and Related Activities (CARRA)
NCI created the CARRA program to draw upon the experience of people affected by cancer to represent the views of cancer survivors and family members in NCI's daily activities.

Director's Consumer Liaison Group (DCLG)
Advises and makes recommendations to the NCI director from the consumer advocate perspective on a wide variety of issues, programs, and research priorities.
