Community Clinical Oncology Program (CCOP)

State-of-the-art clinical trials in your community medical practice

The Community Clinical Oncology Program (CCOP) is a network for conducting cancer prevention and treatment clinical trials by community medical practioners. This network connects academic centers (Research Bases who design and conduct the trials) with community physicians (CCOP, MB-CCOP) who accrue patients to those trials.

Applying to Become a CCOP, MB-CCOP or Research Base
Interested parties must submit a grant application in response to a Request for Application (RFA). The RFA is typically issued annually in spring, with a mid-summer deadline. Requests for applications for CCOPs, CCOP Research Bases and MB-CCOPs are addressed.
