Department of Labor Issues Request for Comments on GINA

People with letters of A T C G in the backgroundThe Department of Labor, one of the federal agencies involved with drafting regulations for implementation of GINA, has issued a Request for Information (RFI) regarding issues under Sections 101-104 of GINA. The agency will be accepting public comments until December 9, 2008. You can view the RFI here: Request for Information Regarding Sections 101 Through 104 of the Genetic Information Nondiscrimination Act of 2008.
