Course Description: This tutorial was created to help trained procurement specialists learn how to use the Electronic Commodities Store III (ECS III) Quoting System. The learning is completely self-directed – the learner may follow along sequentially or jump directly to any section. By the end of the tutorial, which takes approximately 30 minutes to complete, the learner should be able to request quotes, convert quotes into orders, and manage their requests for quotes using the ECS III Quoting System.
