Operative Findings

Sigmoid resection: Carcinoma at approx. 18 cm level just below peritoneal reflection. Several enlarged LNs felt within the mesentery.
   
Pathological Reports

Gross: Section of sigmoid.

Micro: Mod diff adenoca with transmural extension to serosa and metastatic to 1/12 serosal and mesocolic LNs. Tumor size 6 cm. Surgical margins free of neoplasm.

06/27/XX Chemo: Began 5-FU/leucovorin
