Catalan classical guitar artist Francesc de Paula Soler presents a concert at the Library of Congress at noon on Wednesday, Oct. 15, in the Whittall Pavilion on the ground floor of the Thomas Jefferson Building, 10 First St., S.E. Washington, D.C.
The concert, which is free and open to the public, is being sponsored by the Hispanic Division and the Music Division of the Library of Congress, in cooperation with the Mission of Spain at the Organization of American States and Spain’s International Cooperation and Development Agency (AECID).
