Western blot analysis of human recombinant c-Jun fusion protein (A,C) and human recombinant c-Jun fusion protein phosphorylated by human recombinant JNK1 (B,D). Antibodies tested include p-c-Jun (Ser 63/73)-R: sc-16312-R (A,B) and p-c-Jun (Ser 73)-R: sc-7981-R (C,D).
