Antibodies: NRBF2 antibody A301-852A used for WB at 0.04 mcg/ml (A) & 1 mcg/ml (B) & used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. NRBF2 was also immunoprecipitated by NRBF2 antibody A301-851A, which recognizes an upstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 30 seconds. (A&B).

Antibodies: Cdc42GAP antibody A301-853A used for WB at 0.04 mcg/ml (A) and 0.4 mcg/ml (B) and used for IP at 3 mcg/mg lysate. Cdc42GAP was also immunoprecipitated by Cdc42GAP antibody A301-854A, which recognizes a downstream epitope. Detection: Chemiluminescence with exposure times of 10 seconds (A) and 1 second (B).
