Hi John

one more question how does the strip matching algorithm work does it
try and align sets of peaks to the correct 1H-15N or 1H-13C strip by
looking for common shifts

and does this mean some peak appear to be in the wrong strip?

WARNING: 56 shift assignments have identical targets.
! This can be caused by two shift assignments picking up on the same
stripe of NOE peaks.
