hi Dr. Cox,
thankx a lot for response.
however, in the mean time i did it through my c program.
actually i having .nii files, which do not have time points
i.e contains only 3D data.
so i start reading .nii filr from voxal offset 352 to the end of
the file and got the image data in raw format. The data stored
in .nii file (voxel) was of type short. But,I needed that in
unsigned char which i did (convert short to uchar) and got the
image but it is a bit dark.
would you like please to tell me why it so?.
again thankfull for a such a good advise.
