Technology Assessment/Optimization:

Clinical Proteomic Technology Assessment for Cancer is a multidisciplinary network of teams conducting rigorous technology assessment; developing standard protocols and clinical reference sets; and evaluating methods to ensure data reproducibility.
Advanced Platforms and Computational Sciences:

Advanced Proteomic Platforms, Analytical Methods, and Computational Sciences supports the development of innovative new tools, reagents, and enabling technologies for protein/peptide measurement; supports algorithm development and computational methods to interrogate emerging pre-processed data sets.
Proteomic Reagents and Resources Core:

The Proteomic Reagents and Resource Core is being developed for the entire cancer proteomic community as a central repository of the tools, reagents, enabling technologies, and other critical resources to support protein/peptide measurement and analysis efforts.
Mouse Initiative:
The Mouse Proteomic Technologies Initiative is a multidisciplinary and collaborative team effort to use animal models to develop and standardize technologies that help improve the accurate measurement of proteins and peptides relevant to cancer.
