Evaluating Performance
Assessment and evaluation activities are incorporated into NCI's planning process to ensure that NCI meets its responsibility to stakeholders. From the individual Program Manager and Principal Investigator all the way to the Director of NCI, program evaluation occurs at every level within the Institute.
