Individual Memberships

In addition, for professionals such as teachers, nurses, physicians, and genetic counselors who represent an institution or agency, NORD offers the opportunity to participate at the following level:
PROFESSIONAL COLLEAGUE
The categories listed above are for individuals, and all correspondance must be sent to a home address.
This category is available for healthcare professionals, social workers, nurses, educators, and librarians. It is designed to assist professionals who are providing information and referrals to the rare disease community. All correspondence
must be sent to a business address.

It's important to remember that the money raised through NORD memberships is needed to support all of NORD's programs and services, and therefore cannot be restricted to particular diseases.
