DTSC: Hazardous Waste Code Revision - R-1998-03Distribution of notices and information by email to persons interested in Hazardous Waste Code Revision (R-1998-03). These regulations are mandated by Health and Safety Code section 25160.1. The proposed regulations would change the California Hazardous Waste Code system requirements for regulated hazardous waste. These regulations apply to owners and operators of permitted or interim status hazardous waste land disposal facilities (e.g., landfills, surface impoundments, waste piles and land treatment units).
