As the Congressman for Wisconsin’s 1st District, one of the most important jobs I have is to provide assistance to my constituents.  Providing help with a problem involving a federal agency or helping obtain an American flag flown over the U.S. Capitol are only a few examples of the number of services that I provide to those I represent.

Assistance with Federal Agencies
Whether your problem ranges from obtaining a U.S. Passport to replacing a lost Social Security Card, I am ready to help navigate the bureaucratic maze and cut the red tape by serving as your direct link federal agencies.

U.S. Flag Requests
U.S. flags that have been flown over the Capitol building can be obtained through my office to commemorate a particular person, event or organization.

Tour Requests
I am happy to help schedule tours of the White House, the U.S. Capitol building, and other Washington tourist attractions.

Service Academy Nominations
If you have the desire to be a leader and serve our country as a military officer, while also receiving a high-quality college education, you may want to apply for a nomination to one of our Nation’s U.S. service academies.

Grant Services
Researching federal grants can be a difficult and time-consuming process.  I can help make this process easier by helping identify grant opportunities and resources.

Federal Business Opportunities
Are you interested doing business with the federal government, the world’s largest buyer of goods and services?  I can help provide you with the necessary information and resources that will help you learn how to sell your products to federal agencies.

Internships
You can earn college credits while working in one of my offices as an intern, and the knowledge and experience you will receive may be quite helpful in your future academic and career opportunities.

Page Program
The U.S. House of Representatives offers an exciting opportunity for students in their junior year of high school to live, work and study while serving the country’s leaders as Congressional Pages.
