Services like physical therapy are incredibly important to so many Medicare beneficiaries. I have supported measures in the past to make access to physical therapy easier for our seniors because I know how many seniors rely on these services.  Physical therapists provide critical assistance to people with disabilities or limited mobility every day.

The Medicare Patient Access to Physical Therapists Act of 2007 would give beneficiaries direct access to physical therapists and I look forward to supporting it! We need to look for ways to streamline Medicare and make it more efficient and affordable for the millions of seniors who rely on this program.
