Our brave men and women serving overseas should not have to worry about their enlistment bonuses being revoked if they are injured.  That is why I am co-sponsoring the Veterans Guaranteed Bonus Act of 2007.

This legislation will require the Department of Defense to pay entitlements to soldiers that are injured in combat and are unable to continue serving.  One of the most important responsibilities I have as a Member of the United States Congress is to ensure adequate support for and appreciation of our nation's troops and veterans.  I will continue supporting bills that help our heros.
