Resetting Passwords

You can reset your password to a system-generated password. This is useful if you forget your password and cannot log on to the system or if you exceed the maximum number of retries and get "locked out" from your account. Resetting the password will change your account status from "locked" to "unlocked."

  1. From the main Login page, click the Reset Password hyperlink to open the Reset Password page (FRW0002).
  2. In the User ID field, type your user name.
  3. Type your email address in the Email Address field and click Submit. An email with the new system-generated password is sent to the email address registered with your account.
  4. Note: As soon as you log on with your new password you will be prompted to change the password.
