Postal Affairs

Since 1970, the U.S. Postal Service (USPS) has been an independent agency. The USPS provides mail processing and delivery services to individuals and businesses. The U.S. Postal Inspection Service is the federal law enforcement agency which has jurisdiction in criminal matters affecting the integrity and security of the mail.

The U.S. Postal Service website provides useful information and online services for mail customers. If you are having a specific problem with the USPS that you cannot resolve and need assistance, information on how to open a case file can be found on my casework web page.

I hope the following resources will be helpful to you in your search. If you have further questions, please don't hesitate to contact my office.
