Creating a Final FSR for Closeout Grants

1. Select Requires Closeout from the Closeout query results page (STA4049) to open the Closeout Status page (STA4044).
   
   
2. Select Create New
   
   
3. Enter all financial information on the Financial Status Report page (FSR8005)
   
   
4. Select Save
   
   
5. Double check the data; then select Submit
   
   
6. Certify the FSR on the Submit FSR page ( FSR8024)
   
   
7. Select Submit
