Select Institution Profile | Maintain Org Hierarchy to open the Maintain Organization Hierarchy page (IPF2014).
To add new school information:
Click New next to the school name to open the Create New School page (IPF2015).
Select a new school name. Type in the desired name or click the Pick from Recommended List hyperlink to select a school name from the drop-down list.
Select a school category from the drop-down list.
Click Save to update the information and return to the Maintain Organization Hierarchy page.
To add new division information:
Click New next to the division name to open the Create New Division page (IPF2012).
Select a new division name. Type in the desired name or click the Pick from Recommended List hyperlink to select a division name from the drop-down list.
Click Save to update the information and return to the Maintain Organization Hierarchy page.
To add new department information:
Click the Create a new department hyperlink to open the Create New Department page (IPF2010).
Select a new department name. Type in the desired name or click the Pick from Recommended List hyperlink to select a department from the drop-down list.
Select a department category from the drop-down list.
Click Save to update the information and return to the Maintain Organization Hierarchy page.
