Reassigning Accounts

To reassign the account to a different user:

  1. Query the account list as described in Querying Accounts.
  2. Click the Edit hyperlink next to the desired account to open the Edit Account page (ADM1003).
  3. From the Reassign Account field drop-down list, select the user name to which the account will be reassigned. The page refreshes to update the name, email, and role information for the new user name.
  4. If desired, edit other account information.
  5. Click Submit to enter the changes.
    An email is sent to the account holder (of the account that is being edited) providing them with a full description of changes made.
