Real Time Primers: Primer Sets for Quantitative RT-PCR
Quantitative RT-PCR is an important step for the validation of expression data generated by cDNA microarray screening and other gene discovery techniques. This has been facilitated by the development of instruments that measure the amount of PCR product at each step of the reaction.

cDNA clone
Set used to generate Large B-Cell Lymphoma Profile Data (Nature 403:503-511, 2000).

NHGRI cDNA clone set
The cDNA Library is comprised of 15,289 UniGene clusters, each of which represents a unique human gene. At least one sequence in each cluster corresponds to a physical cDNA clone that is available from the IMAGE consortium. The cDNA Library of clones has been re-arrayed from the original libraries by Research Genetics. The cDNA Library sequences represent a collection of "potentially interesting" genes with which to test large-scale, high-throughput gene expression technologies.

  • Download this clone set.
  • Access FileMaker Database templates (Built under FileMaker Pro 4.0 under Mac environment) and two flat files to be imported into FileMaker database.
