Affymetrix file processing
The Gene Expression Data Portal is an on-going effort to provide database support
and access to microarray data. Current and upcoming features are outlined in the Release Notes
and Upcoming Features documents.
The effort also includes evaluating micoarray analysis tools
and industry standards (e.g. MIAME, MAGEML, GO). Preliminary object and data models based upon the
MAGEML standard have been developed. Components of the project are provided below.
Infrastructure Components
Detailed UML diagrams and use cases representing the object and data models for
the GEDP. MAGE object model and MAGE APIs to GEDP data.

A brief description and links to some of the industry standards upon which
the Director's Challenge object and data models are based. |

Information and links to microarray data sources (e.g.) affiliated with the
