WHAT_CHECK is a protein verification subset of the program WHAT IF.

Location: 
/usr/local/fbscapp/whatcheck
Access: 
1) set path = (/usr/local/fbscapp/whatcheck $path)
2) create a scratch directory and enter it using 'cd'
3) copy the PDB file you want to check into this
directory.
4) run 'DO_WHATIF.COM'. Type the name of the PDB file
when asked.
5) The results will be deposited into 'pdbout.txt' and
'pdbout.tex'. The first of these two is a plain text
file, the second a LaTeX file. They contain the same
information.
