This strain is temporarily unavailable while it is undergoing cryopreservation. Cryopreserved strains are distributed as frozen embryos only. If you are interested in receiving frozen embryos of this strain, you may fill in the following form. Investigators who have registered interest will receive notice as soon as the embryos become available. Upon notification you may place an order.
Approximately 25-30 embryos will be provided per shipment. The Recipient Scientist (RS) will be responsible for the recovery of live mice and all costs associated therewith, as well as the transfer of a suitable cryomaterial shipping container to NCI-Frederick and back to the recipient laboratory. Recovery by the MMHCC Repository may be requested only in exceptional cases. Since the MMHCC Repository has no control over the cryo-recovery methods and procedures used by the RS’s laboratory, the Repository will not be responsible for failure to recover live mice.
