Description: |
The DNA polymerase eta gene (Polh, XPV) was inactivated by Cre-loxP mediated germline deletion of exon 4. Homozygous mice are fertile. Skin tumors can be induced 2~3-month after exposure to ultraviolet (UV) light with 100% frequency. No abnormal B-cell physiology has been observed. |
