| Strain Description: | This strain expresses Cre recombinase under the control of the human K14 promoter. Expression was found in the skin, salivary gland and mammary-gland epithelium. In mammary gland activity was found in 5-35% of both luminal epithelial and myoepithelial cells. In addition, expression was in epithelial cells of several additional tissues, including tongue, esophagus, fore-stomach and thymus. No activity was found in ovaries. | ||
