One of the best parts about my job is I am able to help people who are having problems dealing with the federal government.  As many of you have discovered, it can be frustrating dealing with a federal agency.  Sometimes it seems as if you are the only one who is interested in getting your problem resolved.

My office has helped thousands of constituents who are dealing with problems ranging from Social Security to the Veteran's Administration. Last year, we saw a huge surge in the number of people who need their passport expedited. We will do our best to help you get your issue with the federal government solved.

While I cannot make decisions for government agencies, my office can act as a liaison between you and a federal agency.  We can direct you to the appropriate federal agency, see that your situation gets prompt and fair consideration, check on the status of your claim or appeal, and provide you with public information and telephone numbers.
