Contractor Designation Addition to E-mail Addresses

Eudora for the PC

Eudora for the PC

Open Eudora. Go to Tools then click Options then Getting Started. Under Real Name, put [Contr] as it appears in the picture to the left after your name. Click OK to save the changes.

Setting a Signature in Eudora for the PC

Open Eudora. Go to Tools then click Signatures. Right click in the white area and left click on new. (If modifying an existing signature, right click on the signature and left click edit.)

After your Real Name put [Contractor]. Go to File and Save then close.

 

 

Eudora for the MAC

Open Eudora. Go to Special then click Settings then Getting Started. Under Real Name, put [Contr] as it appears in the picture to the left after your name. Click OK to save the changes.

Creating a Signature in Eudora for the MAC

Open Eudora. Go to Windows then Signatures. Select a signature then click on the bottom right button to edit. After your Real Name put [Contractor]. Go to File and Save then close.

Microsoft Outlook

Open Outlook then go to Tools then Options then Mail Set Up then E-mail Accounts then View or Change and Existing E-mail Account. Select Next then highlight mail.ncifcrf.gov and click change. Where it has your name filled in, put [Contr] as it appears in the picture to the left.

Creating a Signature in Microsoft Outlook

Open Outlook and go to Tools then Options. Choose Mail Format, click Signatures, then New and name your signature. Click next. Type in your text then click OK then OK again and you are finished.

NCI-Frederick Webmail

Log onto webmail and select Options. Select Personal Information Select Edit your Identity. Under the Default Idenity, select Your Full Name, enter Username [Contr] as shown on the left. Click Create and it will come back and tell you it has been saved.
