Before registering please consider the following notes:

The only person from your organization that needs to register is that individual responding or making comments on the ratings and comments made by the Contracting Officer on the government side.

More than one individual from your organization can register.

If you are already registered with the CPS and your DUNS and/or TIN changed, it is not necessary to re-register. In either of those cases, send an email to CPS Support (cps-support-l@list.nih.gov) asking that your registration be updated to reflect the current DUNS and/or TIN.

Only one registration per individual is necessary - you DO NOT register for each contract you have with the government.

The following information will be needed to register. Those items followed by an asterisk (*) are required fields:

Data Universal Numbering System (DUNS) number* - The unique nine character identification number provided by the commercial company Dun & Bradstreet.
U.S. Federal Tax Identification Number (TIN)* - The nine-digit number used by companies for income tax purposes.
