Error Prompt: Login incorrect

Solution: You have not logged in properly. Most likely you have typed your username or password incorrectly. Double check that the Caps Lock is not turned on and that you have typed all characters precisely (your username and password are case sensitive!) If you are still having trouble, contact an account administrator. It is possible that your password may have been reset.

Error Prompt: Connect failed

Solution: You have not connected to the host. You probably typed in the host name wrong. Double check to make sure that it is typed correctly. If you still cannot connect, it is probably because the host is experiencing technical problems. Try again later. If it is necessary, contact the server administrator for further assistance.
