Warning: CAUTION: Causes moderate eye irritation. Avoid contact with eyes, skin or clothing. Wash thoroughly with soap and water after handling. Avoid contact with foods.
First Aid: If in eyes - hold eye open and rinse slowly and gently with water for 15 to 20 minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present, after the first 5 minutes. If on skin or Clothing: Rinse skin immediately with Plenty of water for 15 to 20 minutes. Call a poison control center or doctor for treatment advice. Have the product container or label with you when calling a poison control center or doctor or going for treatment.

CAUTION; EYE IRRITANT. Avoid eye and prolonged skin contact. Do not
ingest.
FIRST AID:
EYE CONTACT: Flush eyes with plenty of water for several minutes.
Seek medical attention if irritation develops or persists.
SKIN CONTACT: Wash affected areas with plenty of water, and soap if
available, for several minutes. Seek medical attention if irritation
develops or persists.
INGESTION: Drink a glassful of water to dilute. Call a physician. Do not
induce vomiting. Do not give anything by mouth to an unconscious or
convulsing person.
INHALATION: Remove from area to fresh air. Seek medical attention if
respiratory irritation develops or if breathing becomes difficult.
KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN

2-Butoxyethanol has been shown to cause red blood cell hemolysis in laboratory animals and secondary injury to the kidney and liver. However, humans appear to be resistant to this effect.
