    Developed by Dr. Jusub Kim, Dean McCullough and Stephen Lockett.
    A Qt-VTk based GUI for segmenting cells and cell nuclei from three dimensional microscope images. This sotware supersedes the "Cell-Wall" program.

    The source code contained in this download depends on the following additional libraries, which are not contained in this distribution:

    • VTK (the Visualization Toolkit), version 5.0 or higher
    • The Qt GUI toolkit, version 4.4.3 or higher

  • 3D Segmentation Optical Imaging Software
    Developed by Drs. Dean McCullough and Stephen Lockett.
    A software technology that allows for enhanced viewing of microscope images by segmenting the image in three-dimensions.

  • Imaging/Visualization Software - OMAL (Optical Microscopy Analysis Lab)

    FV1000_ver-1.6a-Viewer is a free program from Olympus Corporation that reads images acquired with the Olympus FV1000 confocal microscope. The program enables the user to render the images in a variety of ways, read the image acquisition parameters and annotations manually added at the time of image acquisition, provides basic image processing and measurement tools and enables image export to a variety of standard file formats.

    Zeis_IB32_AddOn is a free program from Carl Zeiss Inc. that reads images acquired with the LSM510 series of confocal microscopes. The program enables the user to render the images in a variety of ways, read the image acquisition parameters and annotations manually added at the time of image acquisition, provides basic image processing and measurement tools and enables image export to a variety of standard file formats.
