11/15/2007	In Table XXII-11, the rates for Liver & Intrahepatic Bile Duct Cancer were incorrectly shown and labeled as the rates for Pancreatic Cancer	Table XXII-11 Table appears in the following topics: Section 22: Pancreas Incidence & Mortality by Race/Ethnicity
07/11/2007	A clarification was made to the overview text regarding the Hawaiian populations that are used for the state of Hawaii. The updated text appears on page 5 in paragraph 2.	Text appears in the Introduction and Overview.
06/29/2007	The Years of Life Lost to Cancer and Years of Life Lost to Major Causes of Death graphs were based on the 4/19/2006 version of the NCHS 2003 life tables. The graphs were updated to reflect the March 28, 2007 revision to the NCHS 2003 life tables.	Figures changed: Figure I-19, Figure I-20 Graphs appear in the Overview.
06/21/2007	The Years of Life Lost to Major Causes of Death graphs were not displaying the correct values. The graphs now contain the correct estimates.	Figure I-20 Graph appears in the Overview.
06/12/2007	The SEER Area Map was revised to include labels for New Mexico and Utah, and to indicate that Alaska is part of the SEER 13 registries.	Figure I-1 Map appears in the Overview.
04/20/2007	In the sex-specific chapters, the column headers listed on the rates by SEER registry pages were incorrect. The column headers labeled the rates incorrectly for all columns except those under All Races. The column headers are now correct. 04/20/2007	The survival rates for some CSR pages were suppressed if the rate was based on less than 25 cases. The rates for these tables have now been changed to be suppressed if the rate is based on less than 16 cases.
