You may download CLM from the download center. The CLM (including its source code) is distributed under an open-source license.

The download includes the major components of the CLM (CLM APIs and Log Locator Tool (LLT)), the LLT User Guide and the Release Notes.

The only required software tool not supplied is a Java Development Kit (JDK). We recommend Java 2, version 1.5.0 or higher, available from Sun.
