About the Exhibit Program

Exhibit Program Responsibilities

  • timely shipping of requested exhibit panels, frame(s), and care kits (in good condition) to the requested location
  • arrange return shipment of exhibit back to warehouse
  • provide set-up and dismantle instructions, if needed [see Tips for Exhibitors]
  • provide exhibiting tips [see Tips for Exhibitors]
  • work with Divisions to create custom graphics, if needed
  • provide Loaner Program Exhibit Timeline [see Tips for Exhibitors]
  • handling special problems/requests

NCI Division/Program Responsibilities

  • select and pay for booth space and show services
  • select appropriate graphic panels from Catalog of Exhibits and complete the online order form, at least 15 working days in advance. Make sure information on forms is complete and accurate
  • pay for exhibit shipping charges by providing Common Account Number (CAN) on online order form
  • set up and dismantle the exhibit
  • provide appropriate and knowledgeable staff for the booth [see Tips for Exhibitors]
  • provide appropriate materials/literature for booth
  • pack exhibit graphics, frame(s), and care kits with care for return shipping [see Tips for Exhibitors] and make certain it is at the appropriate place for pick-up
  • provide feedback and suggestions for program
