NCI SBIR Program Announces New Bridge Award
This new innovative funding opportunity is designed to support the next stage of
development for previously funded SBIR Phase II projects in the areas of cancer
therapies and cancer relevant imaging technologies to advance a product or service
toward commercialization. The SBIR Phase II Bridge Award more than triples the amount
of funding available to applicants through the NCI SBIR Program and incentivizes
the development of partnerships between awardees and third-party investors and/or
strategic partners.
NCI SBIR Phase II Bridge Award applications are due September 19, 2008; February
27, 2009.
