CGEMS Data Access

The summary CGEMS GWAS results are temporarily unavailable for public posting. It is possible that private, high-density, individual genomic information could be used to statistically infer whether that individual's information is present in aggregated publicly accessible data. We have temporarily removed the unrestricted CGEMS summary results until we determine how to suitably display aggregate data in a manner that would further minimize this possibility. We will work on this through September.

Individual level data (genotypes and limited covariates) are still available to investigators from certified scientific institutions after review and approval of their submitted Data Access Request package by the NCI Data Access Committee.
