Acute Health Effects: From MSDS
DANGER: Contains petroleum distillates. Harmful or fatal if swallowed-can enter lungs and cause damage. Do not induce vomiting. Call a physician immediately. Keep out of reach of children.

Toxicity Summary: General of a low order of toxicity, however, the materials represented by this MSDS may be harmful or fatal if swallowed and aspirated into the lungs.
Major Route of Entry: Inhalation of incidental mists or vapors.

Acute Exposure Symptoms:
Inhalation. In enclosed spaces or when hot, vapors may reach concentrations sufficient to cause drowsiness, dizziness, headache, nausea or lung irritation. Elevated mist concentrations above applicable workplace exposure levels may cause severe lung damage.
Skin: This product may cause mild temporary skin irritation in some individuals.
Eye: This product may cause mild temporary eye irritation in some individuals.
Ingestion: There is a risk of aspiration into the lungs when swallowed. If aspirated this material can cause severe lung damage or death. Upon swallowing, gastrointestinal discomfort, diarrhea and headache can occur.
Injection: Injection under the skin, in muscle or into the blood stream can cause irritation, inflammation, swelling or severe permanent tissue damage.

Medical Conditions Aggravated by Exposure: Individuals with chronic skin or respiratory disorders may have their conditions aggravated by overexposure to this material.
Chronic Health Effects: From MSDS
Exposure Symptoms:
Prolonged and/or frequent contact may cause drying, cracking (dermatitis) or folliculitis.
Carcinogenicity: From MSDS
This product is not listed as a carcinogen by NTP, IARC, or OSHA.
First Aid: From MSDS
Inhalation: Move victim to fresh air. If victim is not breathing, immediately begin rescue breathing. If breathing is difficult, 100 percent humidified oxygen should be administered by a qualified individual. Seek medical attention immediately.
Skin: Remove contaminated clothing. Wash exposed skin with soap and water. Launder clothing before use. Seek medical attention if tissue appears damaged or if irritation persists.
Eyes: Flush eyes with cool water while occasionally lifting and lowering eyelids. Seek medical attention if excessive tearing, irritation or pain persists.
Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting. If spontaneous vomiting is about to occur, place victim's head below knees. Never give anything by mouth to a person who is not fully conscious. Seek medical attention immediately.
Injection: Injection under the skin, in muscle or into the blood stream is a medical emergency. Seek medical attention immediately.
NOTES to PHYSICIAN: The viscosity range of the products represented by this MSDS is 100 to 200 SUS at 100 deg F. Upon ingestion, there is moderate risk of aspiration into the lungs. Removal by careful gastric lavage may be considered. Subcutaneous or intramuscular injection requires prompt surgical debridement.

CAUTION: Combustible Liquid. use in a well ventilated area. Empty containers may contain combustible product residues which may ignite with explosive force.
